The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the adhesion and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein. The prices indicated are Retail Prices VAT included. The price includes: Price per night based on the type of room and board selected, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any service not specified as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc. Check-in and check-out times are generally applicable and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure.

All travellers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, be it a passport or ID card, in accordance with current legislation. When the trip requires it, it will be their responsibility to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority. In the event that the granting of visas is refused by any authority, for reasons particular to the user, or entry into the country is denied due to lack of the required documentation, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or due to not being in possession of the same, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, and any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the consumer, and in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show will apply.
